Training Plans

These training plans run a program typically in the range of 12-20 weeks (depending on your current fitness and race timeline) – and include specific recommendations on distance and pacing for each type of run (easy, interval work, tempos, long runs). All training plans are compatible with most GPS watches, allowing you to automatically sync your workouts onto your device throughout the plan.

Beginner
If you are just starting out on your running journey or maybe rebuilding from the ground up, a structured training plan is designed to help a new runner ease into the training, aiming for gradual progress week over week. These training plans focus on consistency, increasing volume and mix of what a few different runs should feel like – building confidence and fitness as you move through the plan.

Intermediate
As an intermediate runner, you are someone that already works out regularly, has a high performing athletic background or feels strong in their endurance training. You may already have a good base but are looking to keep making progress with structured and intentional programming. The training plans designed for this type of athlete will help you reach new heights in training or build you up to be race ready.

Advanced
As an advanced runner you are a highly committed athlete that has accumulated a good amount of lifetime mileage and trains consistently throughout the year. A training plan for this type of runner can serve as a blueprint to build off-season fitness between races or can get you to any starting line feeling strong and equipped to crush a PR, whether that's a mile, 5k or a marathon.
